Adding Appointments to your Calendar

Step 1:
To get to the calendar, click the "calendar" tab.

The calendar is where you can see your up and coming appointments.

Step 2:
To add an appointment click the top right blue “add appointment” button.

Step 3:
A pop up box will appear where you can input the details of the appointment.


Step 4:
You can add the details of the appointment into the box, and select who the people involved are. All of the sections that have an asterisk next to them need to be filled out in order to create the appointment.


Step 5:
If you click on the “Select options” tab, a drop down box will appear with a selection of people who may be involved in the project. You may choose as many or as little people to be involved as you like.

Step 6:
The next step is setting the start time and end time of the appointment.

When you click on the date, there is a calendar view that pops up, click on the appropriate date you wish to hold the appointment.



Step 7:
Once the date is chosen you are able to select the time.

By clicking on the time tab, you will see a selection of numbers appear, choose the correct time - and don’t forget to change the AM and PM accordingly.

Repeat these to select the end time for your appointment.


Once you create your appointment you will be taken back to the calendar view.

Here you will see your appointments and follow ups in a monthly calendar view.
