Adding Client Access

Adding Client Access 

Step one
Go to your client list, click the blue "show" button to go to their client profile.


Step two 
 When you're in the client profile, click the grey edit button. 

Step three
When you are on the editing page, scroll down you will see a blue "client login" button.

That button will expand into a box where you can then create a username and a password for your client.

** we recommend you use your clients email address as their username**

Step Four

Email the user name and password to your client and they will be able to log in.

**we recommend to allow your client to see the milestones not the full schedule**

To view milestones

Step one

When you have set up your client login account, go to their build overview.
From the build overview click into the schedule

Step two
When you are in the schedule, click the blue "milestones" button.

This will take you to an overview of your millstones for this project.

Step three
At the top of the gantt chart showing your mile stones you will see a box that you can tick or un tick "share milestones with client" if you want to share the project milestones with the client then make sure this box is ticked.
