Time Tracking

Time tracking enables staff to clock in and out when they are onsite and working on a job.

Step 1
Go to the project you wish to clock into. To get to the project click on the main tab site/build and then click into the project you want to clock into.

Step 2
Click on the blue action button "Clock in".

Step 3
When you click on the blue action button a popup box will appear. 

When the box appears you will see the time you are clocking in at, you can choose the task that you want to clock into.

Step 4
When you need to clock out click the blue "Clock out" button.

Step 5
Another pop-up box will appear. Your clock out time will be in the box. If you have any notes regarding your task write them in the text box and click the blue clock out button.

**Note- If you forget to clock in or out you can click on the calendar icon, a calendar will appear and you are able to choose the correct dates and time.
