Sending/Receiving Messages to/from Clients

Sending Messages to a Client


To send a message to a client click on the Main-tab      
Select the Client you would like send the message to by clicking on the button.

You will be taken to the client’s Overview page
 
Click on
 
Give the message a Subject
 
Select a Category from the options in the drop down box
 
Enter the message into the Body field


 
You have the option to check the little box below the Body. When this is ticked the message will go to the client’s own
e-mail as well as their Rave Build access
 

Now  the message
 

Receiving Messages from a Client


When any messages are received an icon appears at the top right of the screen

When you click on this icon the following window will open, click on the message and you will be taken to that clients Received messages



Click on the button



The following window will open to enable you to both view the message and reply to it
 
*In order to send an email to the additional client, make sure the following boxes are ticked
Check to send both message and email as in the above instructions

Do you want to send this email to another user in the client profile."

Select each clients to receive the message
